Legislative Progress on Behalf of the Earth

The legislative season just concluding July 31, 2008 at the State House in Massachusetts produced a bumper crop of new environmental legislation. Five different bills passed. This is big! Huge, in fact. It represents a fresh and progressive approach that simultaneously addresses conservation, technology – renewable energy, and a green economy.
