Celebrating Eco-Progress

Sep 09, 2013 3 Comments

Right NOW please take a moment and post an action you took or an action you noticed going on in your town, city, or in the world that is evidence of humanity living in balance with the environment.

Did you spend time recycling your trash, did you read an article in the media that’s championing the environment, did you appreciate the natural world around you, did you walk instead of drive somewhere, did your town vote to put a green roof on its grade school, did you reuse/repurpose something instead of toss it out???

Let’s celebrate our progress at living more sustainably and appreciatively of our surroundings.  No act is too small.  No act is too big.  Let’s make a list of the eco-good going on …

Hey everyone – here is some more information on the composting going on at Safeco Field in Seattle. This is what I shared during the call

I am also encouraged by the number of people I see using cloth bags at the grocery store nowadays. This was unheard of a few years ago – and now it is becoming pretty common place :)
